• Weapon is either a bow, rifle or assault rifle.
• 80% ranking in Combat(Ranged): Bow, Combat(Ranged): Rifle or Combat(Ranged): Assault Rifle
• Costs 20 MA and 30 PA.

• Damage increase as skill increases.
• Increased chance to hit.
  • 1.6x damage at 110% modified attack roll at 80% skill
  • 1.8x damage at 120% modified attack roll at 120% skill
  • 2.1x damage at 150% modified attack roll at 200% skill
• Attack has 1d100 vs ACC+CHA critical chance (8% critchance max)
• 50 Second Cooldown
