The Entangle skills covers all forms of combat with whips and whip-like weapons.

Generally used for control, punishment or torture, whips are valued for their intimidation value and ability to inflict pain. They rarely make good weapons in all-out combat, despite the romantic idea some people have of being a post-apocalyptic Indiana Jones.

Training with the Entangle skill raises the chance to hit in combat using entangle-type weapons.
